Terms & Conditions

By submitting the registration form, the participant agrees to the following:

1. Participants must be 18 years old or older at the time of registration.
2. Submission of the form does not guarantee participation, as final player selection is subject to attendance and tournament capacity.
3. The participant agrees that their registration information may be collected, processed, and shared with Haier solely for the purposes of managing and operating the tournament.
4. The participant grants permission to be photographed and/or recorded during the event. Photos and videos may be used by Haier and the event organizers for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
5. The participant agrees to attend the tournament on the selected date and time if their registration is confirmed.
6. If the participant qualifies for the next rounds, they are required to attend all scheduled matches. Failure to attend may result in disqualification.
7. Participants are expected to arrive at the venue before their scheduled check-in time. Late arrivals may forfeit their tournament spot.
8. The organizers reserve the right to replace absent participants with players from the backup list or on-ground registration.
9. Participants are expected to follow the tournament rules and maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. Any misconduct may result in immediate disqualification.
10. The organizers reserve the right to modify the tournament schedule or format if necessary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
11. By submitting this form, the participant confirms that all provided information is accurate and complete.
